  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk (any kind)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or microwaving in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F throughout. Let cool completely.

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.

  • Add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  • Stir in the cooled, heat-treated flour and salt. Mix until the dough forms.

  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  • Scoop the dough with a tablespoon or small cookie scoop and roll into balls using your hands.

  • Chill the cookie dough balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

  • Customize with add-ins like sprinkles, crushed cookies, or nut butter.

  • If dough is too soft to roll, chill for 10-15 minutes before shaping.
